Hope Hemsley is a Los Angeles-based illustration student at Biola University. She is a versatile artist who specializes in visual development, background painting, and storyboarding for animation, aspiring to become an art director for her own 2D animation studio. While being proficient in many art styles and mediums, Hope pursues digital painting as her forte, hoping to convey masterful storytelling and vibrant artistry through her pieces. In focusing her attention on animation, she strives to create exciting, meaningful, and beautiful stories in the form of visual art, feature films, and TV shows. Hope has worked as a concept artist for several student short films and studios, along with illustrating children's books and self-starting a commission/painting party business. In her spare time, she can be found drinking chai and geeking out over animated shows with her twin sister.
